All payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest grade of payment processing security. All credit card information is encrypted, sent directly to Stripe and is never sent to our website server. NowKalamazoo is operated by the Local Journalism Foundation Inc., tax ID #93-2232138, a Section 501(c)(3) public charity recognized by the Internal Revenue Service, and incorporated through the State of Michigan. Donations to the Local Journalism Foundation and NowKalamazoo are tax-deductible to the extent of the law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions.
